FRAN SULLIVAN is a writer, editor, and public relations professional. She has brought her communication skills to the Carolyn Dorfman Dance board as its Secretary. She has served and the media outreach coordinator for St. Elizabeth University. She was the first editor of TAPinto Elizabeth, an online community newspaper covering Fran’s hometown.
