JARED STERN (he/him) is a New York native. He is a graduate of the Long Island High School for the Arts and Adelphi University where he earned his BFA in dance. While in college he performed works by Christopher Fleming, Manuel Vignoulle, Bob Fosse, Paul Taylor, and Martha Graham to name a few. After graduation Jared joined Graham 2, under the direction of Virginie Mécène, where he performed three seasons with the company. He has also danced for Kathryn Roszack, Caterina Rago, Eglevsky Ballet, and Buglisi Dance Theater in their annual Table of Silence project. Outside of performing Jared teaches and choreographs for his students on Long Island and judges national dance competitions on tour with Legacy Dance Championships and StarQuest Dance Competition. He is thrilled to be starting his first season with Carolyn Dorfman Dance.
