Quincy Dow began training at The Baltimore School for the Arts in Baltimore, Maryland, at the age of 14, where he studied ballet and modern. As a result of excellent training, he has worked with Barry Hughson, Robert Garland, Virginia Johnson, and Deborah Wingert. Quincy was awarded summer intensive scholarship opportunities with Dance Theater of Harlem, American Ballet Theater in Detroit, Michigan and other companies, also performing at the Lyric Opera house and many festivals. After graduating in 2014, Quincy continued developing his artistry at The University of North Carolina School for the Arts. During his four years at UNCSA, Quincy performed works by choreographers such as Helen Pickett, BJ Sullivan, Robyn Mineko Williams, Ton Simons, Kate Jewett, Stephanie Liapis and many others.
